After hitting a deer a little while back, I gathered the needed parts for my car and decided to repaint the entire car as it was showing its 14 years of age. All went extremely well with the entire ordeal: parts showed up quickly, all the lines matched up (except for the made in Taiwan hood, which was expected), the body massaged out nicely, and the paint looked excellent... Well the paint looked great up to the point that the painter decided to save himself a few bucks by deciding to detail the vehicle himself. If the purpose of a scuff and buff was to make the vehicle dull and full of holograms, then he would be the best there is. My ENTIRE car was so covered in holograms that it appeared gray; it's actually Cosmos.

JC showed up at my house and began assessing the damage after a thorough wash. Upon further inspection, JC pointed out several scratches that were put in the paint by the painter dirty pad. After determining what would get the best results and discussing it with me, JC got to work. After a long hot day of spending exceptional care and professionalism, JC had finished with my vehicle. It was not until the next day that I was able to experience the transformation that JC had performed. When I pulled my car into the sun and got out to look it over, all I could do was !!! -Chad

 

The wife and i didn't want to trust the dealer in removing some hazing,swirl marks, and scratches from our 330, so I contacted J-C (Executive Detail East). He agreed to do it Monday before Thanksgiving (we were headed out of town), which come to find out was one of the nastiest days this fall. We were not able to set up an earlier time than 3pm to start due to my unknown schedule and the wife needing the car for work. With not so great lighting conditions being in our garage and a couple of breaks (coffee, Pepsi and pizza on us), he finished at 2:30am. The car had some spots that needed alot of extra work and J-C took the time to make sure they were right.

3 things I learned:
1) Things are not always as shiny as they seem. J-C makes them more shiny.
2) J-C likes Pepsi more than Coke.
3) J-C and his wife are good people.
