My first detail was for my father who expected me to wash his car as he would. I remember the first time I tried to pass off wheels as clean to him. He was quick to show me what it meant to take my time and do it right. I was 13 at the time.

Years later I was the proud owner of my own car. I then understood what it meant to take pride in my work. How my car looked was a direct reflection of the quality of my work.

With that in mind, I saw how detail businesses were run. It appeared that no one wanted to take the time to properly care for their client's automobiles. The focal point seemed to be in offering the cheapest prices to get the jobs with the end result being a hurry-up job. Cheap, harsh and at times unsafe chemicals. The absolute minimal of effort and time put into a "detail". Lack of insurance and a business license, leaving customers out to dry when mistakes are made. Improper detailing methods that end with bad results and damage in some cases.

I knew that there were people who appreciated quality and looked for it in their detailer. I can proudly say that's where Executive Detail East fits in. When we work on your car we treat it as we would treat our own cars. We detail your car as if we were the ones driving it around when completed. While we happily accept clients who only want one detail, our goal is for you to be so pleased with the job done that you look forward to calling us again and making another appointment.
